Long hack out and Daisy the pony is feeling improved after her physio exercises. We still have plenty of work to do to improve her core ( I can’t even mention mine - I’ve lost all will this year and my core and back strength went with it) !
Lovely streak of sunset as I walked the dog , home for warmth, mountains of farm veg , wine and baked apples and the best of Dave Allen on BBC2 , we both remember our dads roaring laughing in the 70’s so we thought we’d give him a go. He was just an old man to us at the time, but he was a fine looking chap in very well cut suits - smoking and drinking whisky on TV - imagine ??!! Mostly very funny . An hour was enough
