Mitch and Tina are having their front garden ripped apart and retiled, they are also having their front terrace extended, and the front wall raised to 1.8 metres.

Our friend John is doing the work. John is the same age as Roy 74 and he still has to work as his two sons did the dirty on him and left him in debt to the tune of about 40,000 euros, they then disappeared back to the UK and he hasn't a clue where they are.

John is a 'Master Builder', he is not the cheapest, he doesn't cut corners and takes great pride in his work. As work progresses I will take further photos.
