Old Brush

The puppy found this and dragged it out from the fireplace to add to her toy collection!  It was propped up in a dusty corner.  I think it was something that was left here and I found it in the loft space when I moved in.  Probably may be from the era when the house was built and first occupied - 1900 - as an elegant Edwardian seaside villa.  It is very brittle and so was removed from puppy's jaws as she didn't need to destroy it having many chewy things and toys etc.  
Cold day again but a pleasant still evening just now with yet another build up to a great sunset.  Should really go out and take a shot but I can see the sun about to sink in to an unattractive  bank of cloud. Tomorrow's another day.
