Pretty (But) Painful

I've done 10 hours in the garden this weekend, but finally had to call it a day at 4.30 today, when my body began to scream 'no more gardening'. It's taken me a while to find the courage to get all the plants and flowers in the ground that Bumbler brought up for me...delphiniums (my favourite), irises, lilies, honeysuckle, hebe. But after much hesitation, most of them are now hopefully on their way to a long and fruitful life in my garden. Unlike my back, which feels like it's about to give up the ghost as we speak. Time to head for the bath before a pork roast dinner.
