Progress???

Not so long ago where those red houses are were just fields, when we first came to live here the grey roofed bungalows in front of them, didn't exist either, My lads used to play up there and we could walk right up to the top without a house in sight, and from our back garden too. We can still walk up there but through the estate.
Our village is slowly becoming a small town. I know houses have to be built but they are taking our green landscape where the birds and little animals live but they did condescend to name the streets after different birds. It's not just this side either it's all over.
This is taken from the edge of the new graveyard. On the horizon is Garforth Cliff, Selby Road.

Another chilly day but not much rain only a little odd shower.
