to Bake
I have had a very long association with the Staffordshire oatcake having been born at Macclesfield. This is right on the northern boundary of Potteries area form which the oatcake originated.
However it is only in more recent times that I have given the Scottish oatcake a try.
There will immediately be cries from those north of the border that one is not making a very good job of them...
However to my taste they are delicious and very crunchy!
