Jumbo Cod

I have had a week's blipping holiday, doing some writing for a cricket blog (The Full Toss) and, this morning, I had an idea for an April 1st blip. It has made me laugh, so if nobody else thinks it funny, when it finally appears, see if I care!

Today I visited my local chippy, Armstrong's, a Prestwich landmark and 'home of the jumbo cod'. They claim the biggest fish rather than the best one, and they're probably right on both counts, though mine today was delicious.

Lovely people too, and that matters.
