Lockdown #3 - day sixty-three...

Drilling beans...

It's been a lovely day bright and quite warm, Chris and Michael were glad to be able to get out and get some beans drilled. Sadly it looks like some quite wet and windy weather is coming our way tomorrow.

This afternoon Margaret and I went just a little further afield for our walk. Rickling over in Essex the next village to Quendon where I grew up. We had a walk in Coney Acre woods, more beautiful ancient woodland mostly hornbeam coppice with oak and ash standards and some wild  cherry trees.

The two extras show a old tree stump and roots beside the medieval earthwork and a view over the earthwork into the coppice...

This wood is carpeted with bluebells, one venue for the Camera Club perhaps...
