Delivery

A WI friend has just called with a bag of goodies. She brought a freshly baked fruit cake, a bunch of daffodils and five paperbacks. We had a long doorstep chat, such a treat. I see her on Zoom every week, but it is not the same.
Normous brought the blipped flowers when he was shopping in Tesco yesterday,
It has been a squally day with frequent heavy showers. It was cold when I had the door open talking to my friend.
