A little Tim Hortons coffee

Actually it was an extra large Tim’s size brought to me by a friend from town who came out to spend some time with me.

He knows me from 15 or 16 years ago and is a member in this church currently, but he will be moving on for his work soon enough.

As I said he brought me this hot drink and we shared life together, though distantly.

It’s kind of good to have somebody who knows you for a long time, who can see you and how you live your life. Someone who has room to speak into your life if they see things aren’t what they could be. Anyway, that’s kind of what we do for each other.

I will miss him when he moves away.
