Bunny crumpet

Very tasty it was too - probably due to the very generous lashings of butter!

It was so nice to have better weather.  The skies did darken from time to time but the rain held off and we had lots of sunshine too.  I walked through the lanes expecting to see a fair bit of wind damage from the past week but other than a few bits of rubbish lodged here and there you would never know it had been so windy and wild.

An over enthusiastic puppy came gambolling towards me and jumped up making me squeal. The owner looked at me as if I was mad as he was only having fun but I can’t help it. As long as they keep all paws on the ground I am fine but when I see them leaping at me, I can never stay calm.
