Despite The Weather......

.... she's always happy to play with water!

We managed a walk, in some sunshine and warm temperatures.  But then it turned cold and grey.

So after playing with her Barbies, we went inside and made an apple cake.  Which made the kitchen warm and smelling delicious.

In between stirring the cake, Mia ate left over pieces of apple and sultanas.  And she just loved the smell of the mixed spice, which reminds me of Christmas.

After lunch I asked if she'd like some  strawberry yogurt.

'Yes please.  In our house we only have boring banana or crazy custard.'

I don't think that's quite correct.  But I rather fancy crazy custard!
