Hedgerow Hazels

I have never before seen hazel bushes hung so thickly with catkins as these. Saw the first Lesser Celandine (See extra) and Dogs Mercury of the year in a hedgerow today. The temperature reached 12c - warm enough to enjoy afternoon coffee in the garden.
