New Boiler Day 1

Such a grim miserable day and nothing of note to blip either on my way to or from work and with such a busy day in the office that I had no time to get out I thought I would blip day 1 of the boiler installation.

What this means in real terms is no heating or hot water all night, big hole in the wall where the old vent used to be and my dearest and I watching a DVD under the quilt covered in heat pads.

Why on earth did I suggest doing it at this time of year and yes I am admitting I got this totally wrong.
