Refined

Today's back blipped stamp from 1970 marks the Refinaria do Porto in Portugal, a massive artificial deep water harbour and petrochemical plant. Back in the 60s/70s I don't think Portugal was the same popular tourist destination as it is today so not sure how this stamp arrived.

Another absurdly busy day at work, hence this very late blip...!
