Flower fridge

Every evening we put the daffs and narcissi into the utility room to keep cool. It has successfully prolonged their life and I thought a photo was needed before they finally go past their best.

I just love the fragrance and regularly stick my nose into the bunch to breathe in the smell of spring. And tomorrow the daytime will be longer than the night. We’re making progress. We hope.

We watched a charming French film this evening that I had recorded from a few weeks ago- I’ve got life. Aurore in the original title. It’s a gentle love story. Light and funny. Just right with the fish and chip supper.
