Lungwort and violets out today

I had a wonderful walk with a friend in the countryside just south of Bristol this morning.  A footpath across fields, at one point all we could hear was a woodpecker and the splashing of a stream.  These 2 were my favourite sights - and I was more thrilled by the violet (a carpet of them under a tree) as I have lungwort in my garden.  But the lungwort is beautiful, and it’s more in focus.  Whereas lying on the ground with my phone and clip on macro lens, I just couldn’t quite focus!
