River of coffee

The river was a strange colour this morning, like milky coffee, not seen it like that before. Perhaps silt from upstream activities was responsible, it’s certainly not due to heavy rain. I thought it worth a blip. So encouraging to see more colour everywhere, quite a few rhododendrons out now, here and there.
Relaxing Pilates session led by the versatile and skilled Pui Lee from Ricefield Arts. I should probably do more, however I find the breathing tricky, most of the time it’s the opposite to what I would do in Yoga. 
Virtual catch up with son #2 whose birthday it is today. Far less stressful than last year when he was trying to get back to Scotland from Thailand. He sounded cheery enough, they are planning on fish and chips in Stonehaven.
Watched the last episode of season 5 Line of Duty so I’m up to speed for the new series this evening.
