Outdoor dining

We stumbled across this impromptu picnic area in a remote area of the Ochil’s mountains this afternoon.
 
It’s not clear if this is an individual project -  fire pit, armchairs and table -or an official picnic area.
 
Whatever. I am sure in summer it is hugely popular – maybe for Covid parties.
