After a late night, a lovely meal, and celebrating my friend’s daughter’s launching of her small business website selling brioche kits to make at home, we surfaced, had breakfast, and then set to work on starting to create these areas for wildflowers in the garden.
Later, we went for a walk along the stretch of river which has had its meanders reinstated by the Eden Rivers Trust.  It was just gloriously wild and full of frogspawn (extra).
