Food waste or waist?
Yesterday, unusually, I had my son with me for dinner so I made a slow cooked beef in red wine pie. Having some pastry left over, and some jam in the bottom of jars in the fridge, both of which needed to be used up or go to waste, so combine the two and you get some jam tarts. Then add some squirty cream and all to minimise food waste, though they might add to my waist.
