A Day of Reflection

One year on from the first lockdown. Most of us would never have imagined how long this situation would continue for or how hard things would get.

I had a gorgeous swim with a friend this morning who lives daily with the devastating effects of this virus, who's learning to live with her grief and find ways to continue and care for herself. Cold water therapy and nature are a big part of that for her.
