A Lovely Day at the Beach...Not

Mum packed a picnic and we went for a drive. It was all very promising, but I know sometimes it’s just too good to be true. I was dumped unceremoniously at the Dog (Not) Oasis, even though I cried and tried to hide behind mum’s legs. And mum left with the picnic. Sigh. 

She came back for me eventually, and guess what?? We went to the beach!! It was chilly and windy, but the sun was sunny and mum had saved me a small piece of sandwich so I had a small picnic. And I got to go for a walk on the beach! There is a no dog policy during summer so this was my last chance. Yay!!
