We missed Waffle Day this year. It’s always on March 25th, but someone had made a stupid appointment for me that day. So mum promised to make waffles another day soon, and today was that day! And there was a Swedish ski race on TV too, so it was perfect! I did wonder about this one waffle thing, but she did make two more. And we shared. Yummy!
