Taking advantage

 
It’s still hat and gloves weather and I layered up to look for the kingfishers. I gave up after about twenty minutes and came across this mallard dominating the bird feeding area beside the river in Pollok Park. When he had had his fill the nuthatch took over. I don’t know what the lurid pink bird food is but it its very popular, hopefully its more nutritious than it looks.
