A Sight for Sore Eyes

I went up to Longshaw today. It’s probably over a year since I was last there, but we are now allowed to resume volunteering. Today was a meeting about getting back on the horse! I’ll be doing a couple of welcome sessions, helping out with the Easter Trail, then I’ll be doing some nest box surveys and butterfly monitoring.
There have quite a few changes, some to do with staff, but also the new cafe is now open for business, subject to to the rules for Covid. It looks terrific; spacious, beautifully designed and state of the art!
