First Butterfly

I went out for my permitted walk this morning. My knee seems a bit better and I felt I should make the most of the beautiful weather. One new species for the year list - Golden Plover. What was most noticeable was the huge increase in the numbers of butterflies. Peacocks and Small Tortoiseshells seemed to be most prevalent. This Peacock paused briefly by the roadside. I'm booked in for an online Pilates class tomorrow morning, so we'll see how that goes.
