Corner

Today I'm really under the weather with a heavy cold, so all I can offer is a quick trip around the corner - I'm not going to miss a blip!

I still got to think about those trees though, in-between my snuffles.
They don't get about much do they, so maybe they make up for it in other ways.
Perhaps they are extraordinary linguists.

Does an Elm, for instance, understand an Oak? Do Birch speak Willow?
What about those coniferous immigrants -Cypress or Cedar - can they get tree NHS?

And so many puns available too... branching out, budding genius, root of the problem, twigging the answer, taking a leaf out of one's book... I could go on.

I think this cold is affecting my brain more than usual!
