April Showers...

A mixed day, call from G. Before 8, to say following her op' yesterday she'd had a good night....although woken very regularly to check she was ok. A call early afternoon to confirm progress is goid and that she is planning on being discharged tomorrow.

E. Came up to collect the little one, yesterday's events still very raw for them all.

Woke to rain, snippets of beautiful sun after lunch, but a bitter cold wind all day.
