Jess doesn’t care if it’s raining. She just loves to be out. We had a walk down by the Auld Water, which had burst its banks in places after last night’s heavy rain.

The wet and windy weather is set to continue all day. I’ve made a maple and pecan loaf and it’s good to have an excuse to stay indoors this afternoon (me, not Jess)
