A working beach

This was the scene as we passed along the working end of the beach today. The gulls weren’t being noisy but they were certainly excited about something on the beach. I expect a fisherman had just thrown away some fish discards. What a change weatherwise today. I was able to go out this afternoon without a jacket, a big change from Saturday when I last went out.
