Insects

A glorious day and it wasn't just us humans taking the first steps out of lockdown today: loads of insects were out and about in the garden (socially distanced, of course). There were various bees, butterflies, bee flies (see Extras) and ladybirds. I spent pretty much all day outdoors, firstly in Mum and Dad's garden, then in ours, and finally on a walk with Mio after she knocked off work. There are going to be LOADs of bluebells around here and some of them have already started flowering...hope the forecast frost doesn't do them any harm.
