Boone

Boone is Marti and Jason’s puppy, named after the town in the North Carolina mountains where their daughter is going to college. He’s a Havashu. Felix, as expected, is not a fan. We’re keeping them separated except for brief, low-key introductions.

A beautiful spring day here. Spent lots of time over at Ellie and Harry’s. Lots of hospice care. He’s weak but so gracious. Disappointment here that the Baylor Lady Bears lost tonight. Half this family went to Baylor, and Harry taught journalism there.
