How to be a good wife

Day off today as stayed over in Scarborough. Wifey very kindly offered to cook dinner tonight so she could to continue with her adventures into the unknow world of her kitchen. After watching Sunday Brunch she was inspired to make chicken kiev balls [?] and I wasn't going to say no to an offer like that.

Turned out the chicken kiev became turkey kiev, and the balls looked more like pyramids, but a fine effort and very tasty all the same.

To repay her kindness I offered to provide the dessert and whipped up one of my classics - angel delight with additional stuff. Todays chioce of topping was crushed up triple chocolate biscuits with a stick of good quality dark chocolate. She can't say I don't treat her well!
