Socially distanced walking

This morning both the blue tits and great tits were busy nest building. At one point I saw some material being thrown out of the great tit house. Obviously the lady of the house wasn’t happy with the quality of the building material brought in by her mate. It could have been the other way around though.
I organised a long walk with five female friends setting out at midday. We knew low tide was at 15.35 so we had to time it  to get around Orcombe Point near Exmouth. There was so much catching up to do that nobody noticed that we had walked 10 miles. It was a good day for walking and excellent company. We had a leisurely lunch sat on benches in the churchyard enroute and we didn’t encounter any mud. I am intending to offer this walk for our walking group so I need to check tide times.
