The nesting site....

high up on the moor and near a small lochan. It is also the nesting area for Oystercatchers, Lapwings, Skylark, Curlew and Golden Plover.
A wonderful day, sunny and warm, a day when you could walk for ever!
However, as I had managed to plunge my leg knee- deep and arm elbow- deep in a burn accidentally, I didn't! Mostly dry by the time I got back to the car!!!
