A walk!

Now the daylight hours are longer and lockdown restrictions have eased, I met with a friend for a walk for the first time since .... well, I can’t remember when! We did a circuit, edging around the village where she keeps her horse. There are several sets of scarecrows about but these were the only ones we actually walked past so had to be my blip.

The temperature has dropped to about 15°C less than yesterday - not an exaggeration or April Fools joke! I REALLY hope it’s not going to snow next week - like it did in 1967. How do I know this? Because Sav’s mum says that every year when it gets cold in April and she should know, as April 6th 1967 was the day she gave birth to Sav!
