Birdhouse in the sky

I haven’t blipped this week. Just wasn’t on my mind. My daughter is home for Easter which is lovely. It’s the end of term for her and my son. With lockdown restrictions being eased they have both enjoyed being able to meet up with friends outside and having more freedom.

Work has been busy but good progress has been made this week. It’s great to have reached the long weekend and to have some sunshine. We had a Starbucks this morning as a treat and I sat in the garden enjoying the quiet after lunch. I caught this picture on my way back from a walk round the local lake. It’s cold in the shade now but lovely and warm in the sun.

We’re going to give my son a week off making pizza dough and order some in for a change.
