Variety is the spice of life

Tsk, the youth. And their obsession with their clothes. Sure, they all look the same, don't they? They all try so so so hard to look different, to have their own individual style. And yet they all end up looking exactly the same. Joe, Mick and Tom often remark on this fact with much amusement. One of the advantages of old age is that one can wear exactly what one wants. Be a true individual. Beyond fashions and trends. Free at last. 

Talking about trendy pensioners, I had a most enjoyable spur-o-the-moment 20 minute catch up zoom call with our most affable Pensioner We had a wee catch up chat and even virtually clinked glasses, from a safe distance. Or bottles rather. He with artisan nectar brewed with love in a shed in Limekilns (or so the marketing team says), me with a rather tasty 0.0 IPA. I had to pace myself you see, Pensioner's banter is intoxicating enough as it is.
