Around the garden at Easter.
Good Friday and beautiful weather but a cold wind. The main photo is Berberis Darwinii which has regenerated very well since I reduced it by at least two thirds at the start of the first lockdown. In the extras are another of my weeds, honesty and the Tulipa turkistanica which found it too cold to open fully.
I went to the lovely lady's for lunch then we worked in the garden, I built a roof for her wormeries and she removed weeds from a nearby border.
Early evening there was a knock on the door from her elderly neighbour, rather confused saying she'd lost her handbag. I took her back, found her handbag but also found she had no power to any of the downstairs ring main even though the trip switches were all in place. After simple attempts to resolve it with the other neighbour and J, the other neighbour left to make contact with her family to call an electrician.
