Maybe it’s the fine weather today but there was a definite air of optimism around as we begin to come out of lockdown.
 
On my daily walk I passed a garden party in full swing. Behind their high garden hedge I glimpsed a crowded hot tub stuffed full of young people in swimsuits with wine glasses in hand .
 
Further up the road a former riding stables has been converted into Airbnbs complete with  “individual hot tubs”.
 
It looks like hot tubs are the new swimming pools. 
 
I passed this honesty box selling eggs. We are all advised to shop local and what could be more local than free-range eggs.
 
 If I had cash with me I would have bought some but its months since I used cash. (In fact its becoming difficult to find loose change especially since we no longer have a bank in town.)
 
 
Thank you all for your good wishes and concern over yesterdays blip. I am optimistic its caught at an early stage.
