It was a cold misty morning and we went to the Crichton early . My partner went on his run , 25 mins ( week 7 run 1 on couch to 5 km) while I went on a walk around the beautiful grounds where I took this photo. I saw a fantastic trillium , which had lots of flowers on it.
My Covid test came back negative , which I expected . So off to hospital tomorrow for surgery Tuesday.
In the afternoon we went for a walk around Castle Loch . It was sunny with a cold wind. We then popped over to the allotment.
