The beginning

I decided to decorate Dan's room this holiday so that Kieran can move into it when he's home from uni. The plan is also to move the study into K's room and then make the study into an ensuite. This is the first part of home improvements that I want to do over the next couple of years. The next part requires a lot of money so we need to get saving!

After spending most of the morning clearing out the room, filling holes, rubbing down, vacuuming and wiping down the walls, we had lunch and walked into town. The room took longer than I thought it would as it's surprisingly big. The plan is to decorate for a few days, rest and unwind for a few days and then do all the school work that I need to do ready for next term. Beautiful weather again today.
