SAD DAY

The cemetery was busy with butterflies and birds pairing up (extra - the nuthatches were inspecting likely nest holes). They'll all be taking cover when the weather turns wintry again tomorrow.

Earlier I'd had the sad news that blipper Ogatodomar died in a Brussels hospital in the early hours of this morning. Meles had texted me to let me know. We've known him for 50 years, M in much closer contact than I during that time. A talented man who'll be much missed. He liked nuthatches, so the extra is for Dave (Ogatodomar). R.I.P.
