Goldfinch

Goldfinches have been regular visitors to the teasels in my garden for many years, but they've never hung around any of the feeding areas. This changed about four days ago and now they are as ubiquitous as the blue tits. Other than the cold weather, nothing else has changed, so I wonder if their usual food supply has been affected by the cold.
