Crisp and clear

A wonderful morning.

Yes, I had to de-ice the car before my swim. Just fabulous to stretch out and feel alive again.

I drove down to the butcher’s later, and decided to head up to Gentleshaw Common as everywhere looked so crisp and fresh. It was chilly in the wind, but excellently bracing. 

We are so lucky to live in Staffordshire.
