Lac de Montsalvens

We had such a lovely hike today at this lake 
(blip is a ' finger' of the lake) about 1hr 15mins from us (nr Bulle/Charmey). It was so cold but we kept warm as it included a 350m climb, was about 10km and also so scenic. 
Extra is a sweet little chapel at our high point 
(see vie  in collage - in the middle of nowhere!) where we enjoyed our coffee stop. The roof and bell tower have been recently renovated in the traditiinal style in cedar shingle....such craftmanship. 
We also bought a lawn mower and strimmer on the way back!!
