Infinity

One of the many ways Margie filled her time while she was locked down was knitting this beautiful infinity scarf she presented to me yesterday, long enough to wrap three times around my neck. She asked me my favorite colors, and I said, as I have said for some years, "flame." Red, orange, yellow. Those colors always cheer me up. Margie's daughter helped her order yarn online, but they could not find any yarn of the thickness Margie wanted that was just those three colors. They found this: which I think is just gorgeous. 

I can't comment any more today, so I'll turn comments off again, with gratitude for all the love you have shown to Margie and to me with your tears, smiles, comments, hearts, and stars. Saturday I have my first big event since the lockdown: I'll be photographing from 10 a.m. till 3:30 p.m., and I don't expect I'll be able to process the pictures till Monday, so there may be another gap. I have many gaps, as you know. And so it is.
