A Yellow Weed

It was caught in the morning sun and grabbed my attention so I felt it deserved to be photographed.
While I was lying down there I also got a shot of the moisture on a Lady's Mantle and when I managed to get up the red on one of the Perris flowers also caught my eye.

SWMBO I had been out getting fuel and shopping when we heard the news of The Prince Philip's death.
It wasn't really unexpected, but still came as a bit of a shock.
Within an hour or two people were complaining about the blanket coverage on radio and TV. They obviously didn't realise that it is a 'rule' of the land that The Monarch or Consort's death will receive such.
