Wild About Wildflowers

It is finally Bluebonnet season in my part of Central Texas and anyone who knows me can tell you that they are my favorite wildflower and that I think their blooming season should last much longer than it does!  What's not to love about their special shade of blue and those little petals?  The fact that they lend themselves to pareidolia doesn't hurt my feelings either!  I may be biased, but I think we have one of the prettiest state flowers.  In the extras, I actually managed to get a shot of a Skipper on this very windy day and I know that my Verbena with a visitor may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I wanted to share it, as well.
